Jessica is a researcher, speaker, and mom of two. She is a Registered Dietitian with a PhD in physical activity, nutrition, and wellness, and has spent the last decade working on the wellness side of healthcare in the research lab, in clinical care, and with innovative medical tech startups aimed at improving the health of individuals on a person-centered, ongoing basis.

Through this experience, Jessica came to realize that prenatal and postpartum nutrition and health guidelines were often confusing, outdated, or non-existent. She became passionate about helping women to bypass overwhelm and easily understand evidence-based prenatal and postpartum nutrition and health guidelines, so that they can thrive in pregnancy and beyond.
